Refund Policy

Thank you for booking with BookMyPlay. We strive to provide you with the best experience possible when booking sports grounds across Sri Lanka. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand your rights and our procedures regarding cancellations and refunds.
Bookings
Customers can only book by making full payment at the time of booking. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from the ground owner. Once payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your booking details and any specific instructions from the facility.
Refunds
Refunds are at the sole discretion of the BookMyPlay ground owner or an authorized person. They will decide whether to issue a full, partial, or no refund based on their assessment of the situation and the circumstances surrounding your cancellation request.
Once a booking is made and payment is received, any request for a refund must be communicated promptly through our customer support channels. The owner or authorized person will review the request and make a determination within 2-3 business days.
Exchanges
If you wish to reschedule your booking, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will assist you in rescheduling your booking, subject to availability at your preferred facility. Rescheduling requests are generally more accommodating than refund requests and are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
- ▪Last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours before booking time) or no-shows
- ▪Changes in personal plans or schedules that are not related to facility issues
- ▪Weather conditions unless the facility is officially deemed unsafe for use by authorities
- ▪Dissatisfaction with facility amenities that were clearly described in the booking details
